What you receive
Free includes public tender search, one saved search and a weekly digest. Pro includes one user, unlimited saved searches, daily digests, confirmed company bids, published winners, company watch and closing-tomorrow reminders. Business includes five seats, CSV exports, observed price benchmarks and published award leads. A tender report unlocks the confirmed bids and published winner for one tender.
We link to official sources and exclude disputed readings. Coverage depends on what buyers publish and what has been confirmed. Missing results do not prove cancellation or absence of bids. Check current bid documents before making a submission. No service guarantees a tender award, profit or complete market coverage. This does not remove applicable consumer remedies, including CPA s54.
Prices and checkout
Pro: R999 monthly or R9,990 annually. Business: R2,999 monthly. One tender report: R199 once. These are the full prices you pay; nothing is added at checkout. Review the product, amount and interval before continuing to Paystack. You may withdraw before completing checkout. Paid access starts after Awardee verifies the transaction server-side. Card details remain with Paystack. Transaction status and receipts appear in your account, and we keep payment records for five years, as section 29 of the Tax Administration Act requires (ECTA s43(1)(i)–(m), s43(2) and s43(5)).
Cancellation and annual plans
Use the hosted Paystack billing link from your account to stop renewal or update a card. There is no cancellation fee, and paid access lasts through the paid period. A refund or early-termination request can be submitted through the account and billing request form.
Where CPA s14 applies, a fixed-term consumer may cancel early on 20 business days' recorded notice, subject to the Act's reasonable-penalty and credit rules (s14(2)(b), s14(3)). Required expiry notice is 40–80 business days before expiry, and expiry generally leads to month-to-month continuation unless the consumer chooses termination or expressly agrees to another fixed term (s14(2)(c)–(d)). Section 14 excludes transactions between juristic persons (s14(1)).
Annual plans: you can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. We refund every whole month you have not started, and your access ends on the day of the refund. Ask through the account and billing request form.
Cooling-off and refunds
For covered natural-person online service purchases, ECTA s44(1)(b) provides seven days after the agreement to cancel without reason or penalty; a payment is refundable in full within 30 days under s44(3). ECTA s42(2)(d) contains an exception where services began with consent before that period ended. We honour this seven-day cancellation right even if you have already started using the service.
CPA s16 does not apply where ECTA s44 applies (CPA s16(1)). For qualifying direct-marketing transactions outside that ECTA regime, CPA s16(3)–(4) provides its separate five-business-day rescission and refund rules. Awardee does not send marketing to the bidders or buyers named in its data. Statutory rights are not waived by these terms (CPA ss48–51).
Accounts and fair use
Keep sign-in links private. A Pro account is for one user; Business permits five seats. Use organisation information for legitimate tender research, not unsolicited marketing or attempts to identify individuals. Do not republish restricted names, bypass access controls or use source identifiers to match people across buyers. Report an error or objection through the linked forms.
You can close your account after stopping any subscription. Personal data is anonymised as described in the privacy notice.
