Report an incorrect price, a misread organisation, a mismatched award or an account or billing issue. Include the page and source evidence where available. After the affected record is verified, disputed company information is restricted during review.
POPIA s24 provides correction and deletion rights and requires action as soon as reasonably practicable. Section 14(6)(a) addresses restriction while accuracy is verified. The held 2018 Regulations reg 3 refers to Form 2; current amended form wording still requires attorney verification. See the Regulator's forms.
